How to Weight the Entire PowerPoint Report Data

In the How to Weight Chart Data section, you already learned how to apply a weight variable and instantly show the calculated crosstab on a PowerPoint chart. While with the Global Weight function, you can apply the same weight variable to many charts (displayed on the same slide) at once. It will save your time by automatically updating multiple charts in your PowerPoint presentation with one click.

Method

1. In PowerPoint Chartrics Add-In toolbar, click Global Actions drop-down menu
2. Select Global Weight
3. In the Global Weight dialog box click Add Weight > Select
