How to Set Custom Permissions and Profiles

As permissions give you complete control over what users can do with the shared data, it's important to adjust them to your processes as much as possible.

You can create your custom Profile set and define specific permissions for them, from whether they can create new projects to whether they can edit a particular report.



  1. Go to your Account Settings > User Setup > Profile
  2. Click Add New Profile > Name the Profile
  3. Define the permission set for the created Profile by checking the necessary boxes > Save
