How to Create an Account and a Project for your Client?

Creating an Account folder in Chartrics Cloud enables you to:

  • Keep and organize your client's information
  • Add many subfolders called Projects and keep the related Reports, Templates, and Datasets there

 

Method

  1. Navigate to the Account page and click on the New button
  2. Fill in the required fields and Save

 

Next, add a Project (as a subfolder) under the created Account tab to keep your datasets and reports.

  1. Select an Account > go to the Project tab and click on the New button
  2. Fill in the required fields and Save
