Do I need to provide my credit card information to start the trial?
No. You don’t have to provide any payment information to start using Chartrics.
What happens after the trial ends?
At the end of your trial, your data and reports remain intact as view-only files. If you enjoy creating reports with Chartrics you can purchase the Chartrics subscription any time during or after your trial.
Can I delete my account forever?
Yes. All data is owned by the user and can be deleted at the user’s request. If you want to delete your account, please contact us at [email protected].
What happens if I cancel?
When you cancel, your current subscription will last until the end of your billing cycle. A canceled subscription will not be renewed at the next renewal date and you will have View-only access to your files for 90 days. If you do not re-subscribe within the 90-day period your account and files will be permanently deleted.
