What is Chartrics and how does it work?

Chartrics is designed to seamlessly convert the collected research data into PowerPoint reports and automatically reproduce the existing reports with new data. Easy-to-use Chart Maker gives you an opportunity to drag-and-drop variables to create crossings in PowerPoint, perform basic data cleaning and manipulation and apply them to the PowerPoint charts. When the data changes, Chartrics syncs and updates the analysis and the report, saving hours, days of manual work. With the Chartrics Cloud, you can collaborate with your clients and team members by publishing and sharing the reports right from PowerPoint.

How do I get started?

To get started with Chartrics you need to: Download and install the Chartrics Add-in for PowerPoint, Go to PowerPoint and sign up on Chartrics with your email, Create your first project and upload your research data to the Chartrics Cloud, Add charts to your PPT report and connect your data by creating crossings in the Drag-and-drop Chart Maker.

What types of studies can Chartrics be applied to?

Chartrics can be used in pretty much any market research study, such as 5Ws, 4Ps, targeted marketing, customer satisfaction, segmentation analysis etc. It is also particularly beneficial for the studies with repetitive elements. This can include but is not restricted to Tracking, Syndicated reports, Wave analysis, Multi-country, Multi-brand, Product tests, Repeat ad-hoc, Employee, Customer Experience studies.

Is there a limit on the number of slides I can have in my report?

No. Chartrics can automatically generate hundreds of slides in one report.

How can I get the latest Chartrics update?

When Chartrics updates are available you will receive a notification in the Chartrics tab in PowerPoint or Excel.

Data Security & Privacy

Will my data be secure?

Yes. Keeping our users’ data secure is an absolute priority for us. We incorporate leading security technologies and modern standards to ensure your data is stored on secure servers.

What happens to my personal information after I delete my Chartrics account?

After you delete your account, all your personal information will be deleted as well.

Note*: Once you remove your account, you won't have access to our services. If you want to rejoin us, you will need to complete a new registration process as we won't be able to restore your previous account.

Does Chartrics use cookies?

Yes. We use cookies to make the user experience more comfortable. They won't affect your privacy or data security. However, you can disable cookies from your browser settings at any time.

How does Chartrics protect my personal information?

We store all your information in secure databases to assure the safety of your personal information. Information that could include credit card numbers or other financial details will be deleted from our servers right after the transaction. For more details, read our Privacy Policy. Can I delete my account forever?

Yes. All data is owned by the user and can be deleted at the user’s request. If you want to delete your account, please contact us at [email protected].

What kind of input data can Chartrics work with?

Chartrics can work with industry-standard datasets, such as Excel Raw Data, Excel Calculated Data (Workbooks), CSV, and SPSS.

What kind of input data can Chartrics work with?

You don’t need to bring the raw data to a specific format to upload it to Chartrics.

Can I use branded PowerPoint template in Chartrics?

Yes. You can use branded PowerPoint templates in Chartrics.

What types of charts and visualizations can I create?

Chartrics supports all PowerPoint native charts and offers Chartrics specific charts including Index Chart, Rating Scale Chart, Table Chart, and Metric Chart

Cloud

How do I collaborate with others with Chartrics?

You can simply share the link of the presentation with your clients and they will be able to conveniently browse the slides of the presentation online. Otherwise, you can redistribute your published presentations by exporting them to PPT or PDF formats.

How does Chartrics reduce the communication time between team members?

Chartrics is a perfect tool to conveniently cooperate with your colleagues and clients. Once you're done with creating your template you can easily share it with your colleagues online by saving it to Chartrics Cloud. Similarly, you can save the final version of your PPT presentation to Cloud, so that your executive or clients are able to easily explore the presentation online or export it in different formats.

How can I sync the charts with dataset data?

With Recalculate button you can sync all the charts and other visualizations with dataset data.

What is Repeater variable in Chartrics? How can I use it?

Repeater variable is used to iterate the generation of sets of slides for each value of a certain variable. You can automatically produce hundreds of slides in PowerPoint by specifying repeater variables. Repeater variables should be assigned to each specific slide you want to be regenerated.

How does Chartrics automate visualizations?

All charts and visualization elements in your presentation stay connected to the data source. Data bound chart controls offer a unique ability for authors to dynamically generate different types of charts based on the same data. Later you can visualize the change in multiple charts by just clicking to update the source of data.
